"Olympiazentrum"
Site specific installation at the former Olympia-Bus-Station in Munich/Germany.
The work has been organized by Stadtwerke Munich and MUCA on the occasion of restoring the roofing of the former busstops. The wooden structures are built on their metal supports while some of the old roofs are used, visually reassembling the architecture itself and the architecture of its surrounding. The site used to be closed for public for 20 years and opened for the first time for this occasion. As the future-use of this public place is not decided yet, the work is placed there in transition and can be seen as a portrait of the place and situation itself.
